Here she is, my 1957 Revlon with knees that bend. I decided to put her in a slacks outfit (also made by Sugar) instead of a dress, because that's what she originally wore.

I wish I was better at taking pictures, but at least you can see the Revlon "sisters" in their fall dresses. I like the way each dress is a little different. Click on the pics to see them better. These dolls are a 17", 15", and 22". Note the difference in the 17" pixie-face and the 22" square face.

Flirty Shirley

Dolls with "flirty" eyes really appeal to me. I noticed the other day while reading descriptions of this type of eyes on eBay that some people are confused about the difference between flirty eyes and sleep eyes. Flirty eyes look from side to side and also close when the doll sleeps. Sleep eyes are eyes that close when the doll is lying down. Not all sleep eyes are flirty eyes, but all flirty eyes are sleep eyes. Confusing huh?
